BYOP® INSTRUCTOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT FOR BYOP® INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION COURSE AND LICENSING FEE’S AND INSTRUCTOR AGREEMENT

You agree to make full payment for Certification Course no later than 90 days prior to Certification Course Date assigned to your specific course otherwise late fee should be selected when making payment. Yearly licensing is assigned to you depending on when your certification year began. Your licensing fee is listed in your instructor agreement that you sign the first day of your In-Person Certification Course. This fee will remain the same unless you have been assigned other terms which will be listed in your yearly agreement. Original agreements were 3 year certifications, however all new certifications are 5 year Certificates as long as all requirements and guidelines are followed. If your licensing fee is received later than 90 days from your required signing date, you should select the late fee option which will be for that year. If you are late for a second payment on your yearly licensing fee, brvc, LLC will have the option to (1) continue to increase your yearly licensing fee or (2) consider termination of your agreement.

You are responsible for following all the terms listed in your BYOP® Instructor Agreement, BYOP® Instructor Guidelines and Requirements as well as all materials listed and covered during your initial training from your BYOP® Instructor Training Guide. You also understand that your yearly agreement must be signed during the same month as your original In-Person Certification Course (course in July 2019, new agreement signed in July 2020, etc.) There are NO Refunds for Certification Course and/or Licensing fee, however if brvc, LLC deemed that circumstances for attending In-Person Course is an emergency consideration will be taken but no guarantee for adjustment in changing the registered date.
